In SafePay environment, my screen will close every 60 seconds. Is there an adjustment to control?

I have spoken with the tech person at my local library and they were unable to help. I am not tech savvy. Unable to figure out. Does anyone know how to stop the active screen from closing every 60 seconds. Can still do work, just need to keep reopening active screen. This occurs in the antivirus plus program. Is there an adjustment that could be made to control or to increase the interval screen stays open?

Anyone have any suggestions. Would appreciate any advice to help solve my problem.

@camarie any idea what could be causing SafePay to timeout or exit by itself?

I'm not sure this relates to Safepay. Is the monitor dimming? locking? something else?
Also, I don't get the part of closing or exit by itself. This is really what is happening, Safepay closing? Or it is, for example, Windows lock screen kicking in?

Sorry for my incorrect terminology. This doesn't occur anywhere else in my computer. Just in Safepay. The monitor doesn't dim or lock. The active screen minimizes every 60 seconds. Screen doesn't lock out, or cause me to sign in again. I just retrieve from task bar and continue working.

So to be 100% sure on what happens:
- you open Safepay from the default desktop, either via a banking notification, shortcut or from the main interface
- Safepay starts and switches to the secure desktop
- after 60 seconds, something is switching back to the default desktop and thus Safepay is not anymore visible
- then you click on the taskbar Safepay icon and switch back into Safepay secure desktop and continue working in Safepay
- then after 60 seconds the switch to the default desktop is happening again
etc.

Did I understand correctly?
Because if this is what happens, we had such cases before with certain software doing this switch (without asking the user and without interactinng with it), one being Acronis Backup (if I remember well the name).

Is this what you are experiencing?
