A very basic question about the Premium Security package

I currently use the Total Security package but consider to try the family subscription for Premium Security package (5 accounts and 25 devices) with the next renewal for VPN. I just have one question. It says "Password Manager 5X" (doesn't matter as I use 1Password for that) but it says "VPN 1X", which is the same as for an individual subscription. Does that really mean that I can only connect one device to VPN at the same time? Or what is otherwise the meaning of "1X"? There should have been an explanation for it!

It's true, you can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously:

"It can protect the same number of devices as your Bitdefender security solution subscription, but no more than 10 devices connected at a time."

With the Premium Security package you get 5x accounts that can use the Premium VPN simultaneously.
Here's a screenshot from the actual product page:

This includes unlimited encrypted traffic for your Windows, Android, macOS and iOS devices.

Thanks! I have seen that, and if that is true may I only connect one device simultaneously to VPN with the individual package, which means the mobile or the computer, but not both of them at the same time. Their AI Chat bot, hat answer questions instead of a human, said that 10 devices would be connected simultaneously at the same time, but AI bot often makes a qualified guess so who knows?

Thanks! That confirms that that the AI answer was correct in this case. It is great that you found that information 🙂
I wish that they also clarified it on the product pages as I am sure 1x would be interpreted by the most as one device at the time, which would be so strange so that I asked about it here.
