Unable to Access Account – Lost 2FA Authentication Code

I am currently unable to access my account because I no longer have access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) code. I cannot retrieve the authentication code from my previous device.

Could you please assist me with the process to reset or recover my 2FA so I can regain access to my account?
