Oddly enough, when I am using Microsoft Edge, there is no problem accessing Bitdefender Central.
Hello,
I think this type of issue is usually browser-specific.. Firefox has stricter privacy protections than Edge, and cloudflare’s bot protection sometimes fails if enhanced tracking protection is set to strict, or if third-party cookies are blocked. You can try this: open Bitdefender Central in Firefox, click the shield icon (left side of the address bar), turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for the site, then reload the page. If it works afterward, that was the cause.
Keep in mind that browser extensions can also cause this, as they can block cloudflare s.c.r.i.p.ts. Cloudflare relies heavily on JavaScript. So, if you use uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, VPN extensions, cookie auto-delete tools, or anything similar, then this is something to check. To test this, open Firefox in a private window (Ctrl+Shift+P). If Bitdefender Central works there, an extension is causing the issue. Or, you can try the other way around and temporarily disable any browser extensions. Go to Menu → Add-ons → Extensions → Disable all. Restart Firefox and check again if Central can be accessed.
Let me know if anything helps.
