Greetings, in my pc is installed Bitdefender Total Security latest update available, startup desktop Windows 11 is locking for a few minutes with gray icon and "Bitdefender services are not responding. Restart your computer and if the problem persists, contact Bitdefender support"
I uninstalled with tool Bitdefender and restart pc, reinstalled and after a few days the problem it comes back
I have contacted support many times without solving, the support he connected to my pc with TeamViewer without doing anything.
The technician says to generate log when the problem it comes back, but it's not possible why pc is blocked to generate log when the problem it manifests itself.
