I have spent hours trying (a) to install this menace, and (b) just trying to get this accursed site to recognise the authentication code that you are emailing me - CHECK THE ******* LOGS! Finally succeeded in "(b).

What is the bloody "Wallet"? I have never even seen this word in the UI. Just one of many infuriating mal-constructions.

When you assemble a sequence of instructions, what is the point of indicating a new location in "settings" which DOESN'T EXIST. I got stopped completely when trying to generate the pin as the instructions didn't relate to the UI at all.

• Add Item to Vault:
  Tap My Vault on the navigation bar.
  Press Add item at the top.

• Generate & Save Password:
  Open Generate password from the navigation bar.
  Use the tool, then tap Save account at the bottom.

• THE WORD VAULT DOESN'T APPEAR ANYWHERE IN PW MANAGER INTERFACE THAT I CAN SEE.

• The user interface design of your application has always been complete crap and it continues.
  I am totally beaten and would like to quit this impossibly complicated and badly designed program. Please refund my subscription so that I can afford to buy something which is comprehensible.

It sounds like you are having a bad experience and I'm really sorry to hear this..
Can you perhaps post a few screenshots so we can better understand what's happening there? It's a bit hard to tell just from the text. Also, are you sure that you are actually installing SecurePass and not something else? In the title you wrote "safe pass".. Below you'll find the complete install instructions.
