Bitdefender acting agressively

Since a couple weeks ago, my bitdefender has been blocking almost everything I download and some .exe files already downloaded, including windows10 native ones as onedrive and others. Is this due to a new update, a bug or is it acting properly and the files are really infected?

From the antivirus perspective, this is not normal expected behavior if it's blocking broad sets of trusted Microsoft files. It could be a real infection, but it's hard to tell just from the description alone. If you ask me, I think a false positive is more likely..
My advice would be not to delete flagged Windows files. Instead, I would collect detections, export scan logs, and restore only safe items if needed, and submit the samples to Bitdefender Labs using the form available at the link below:

The first troubleshooting step in this scenario would be to confirm the blocker module and detection name.
In notifications you can see exactly which security module in Bitdefender is blocking those downloads.
Then export the scan log and gather screenshots. These would prove most helpful for Bitdefender Support when troubleshooting. You can also verify the digital signature or trusted source of 2–3 blocked files, to find out if they are indeed legit. Then run a BDsysLog Support Tool and submit your findings to the technical team for investigation. Here's the procedure for this:
