Is Windows Measured Boot sufficient for immunity against ACPI exploits?

If you read the article from Microsoft titled "Secure the Windows boot process", and scroll down to Measured Boot. For any AMD machines like mine with PSP and SEV support:

Is anybody familiar with the differences between Windows 11 and Windows 10 Measured Boot? According to Microsoft, Measured Boot is a part of Secure Boot. I'm not sure that it is configurable on all motherboards though. Is this specifically for servers, or can I determine that Measured Boot works well on a home PC?

And lastly, does Bitdefender Endpoint take care of this, or do I need to verify through some other mean that ACPI exploits do not happen? For me, "Kernel Mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection" turns itself off sometimes, so I wonder if it is a persistent firmware threat or it is normal for Windows Pro licenses to experience this.
