My attempt to explore that software is rejected automatically? What to do?
Hello,
Well, I think it depends on what exactly is happening when you are trying to download/run that software, and which security module in Bitdefender is blocking it and why. After knowing this (and if the software is trusted, of course), you can add exceptions for the Antivirus scan, for the Online Threat Prevention and Advanced Threat Defense modules, so you can continue to use that program. To find out what Bitdefender component is flagging or blocking access, check the Notifications in Bitdefender, that's where security alerts and other events are usually found. Then, depending on the module blocking the software, proceed to add exclusions following the steps from these articles:

Note: Only .EXE file types can be added to the exception list for ATD. The extension .exe stands for “executable”, the file that opens an app. Other file types or folders cannot be excluded here, as Advanced Threat Defense only monitors running .EXE processes.
I hope this helps.
