False Positive form is not working

Hey all,
Im trying to submit a false positive form in
https://www.bitdefender.com/en-us/business/submit
I fill everything in the form and still get this error

and this is what i get:

it's like this over a week already,
can anyone help?

If you're using a business product, try to get in touch with Bitdefender Support using this link:

You can also try to submit the sample using the consumer form available at this link:

https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/

If this isn't working for you either, then most likely there's a browser extension interfering with that form (anti-tracker, ad-blocker, etc).
