Firewall Is Blocking Splashtop Remote Access

Question

Remote access via Splashtop is being blocked by the firewall even after the app is allowed.

I cannot find any current threads regarding this.  I need urgent guidance for a workaround.

This is crippling my business and I will need to consider alternatives ASAP if I cannot restore functionality.

Thank you. Fortunately, this issue was resolved some weeks ago.  I had followed the process  but overlooked the correct .exe file to allow through the firewall.

I will make sure to turn off Stealth Mode anyway.  Thanks again.
