Why do I keep getting prompted for a subscription when I've already bought two?

I had a trial of Bitdefender Total Security which expires in five days. I bought two subs on March 13 - Bitdefender Premium for five devices and Bitdefender mobile for an Android phone (because I have a total of six devices to protect).

Do I need to uninstall the trial version then install B Prem? The help is very confusing (to me). I think I've activated B Prem on one device but on the others, I keep getting prompted to take out another sub.

It's all very confusing and I'm beginning to wish I'd stuck with Norton.

PS when reminded that the trial is about to expire, there's an option to activate a sub. When I try to do that, it says sub already active. Which do I believe - is it about to expire or is it active????
