False Positive

Question

Hi! my name is Viggo and I am desperately trying to get my business EcoHulls running with my two friends. Our website has been built by a professional but because it is new it still seems to get flagged as a false positive by many providers, including Bitdefender. One customer could not access our site through his wifi because you blocked it. I have submitted a review, but sometimes they can take a while. Does anyone have suggestions for how I could get the process of checking the site to go faster? This is my page btw: https://ecohulls.org/en

Another way to do it would be to submit the URL of the website to the Bitdefender Labs using the form available at the link below:

https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/

Once confirmed, false alarms are corrected within hours.
