Scam Protection not checking GMail

Question

I have installed Mobile Premium Security on my Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy S23+. Scam Protection indicates it has checked Links and Messages but not Emails. I have both GMail client installed from PlayStore, but also logged into my Email through a web browser and left that open for a day. Even though I have received 20+ emails today, Scam Protection Emails verified count = 0. Why?

I think you can ask this question to the Support teams, surely there's a setting there and I think it has to do with Email Protection, or maybe that isn't actually counting right. Head to the link below to get in touch with them:

State your contact reason, choose request category, then select from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
