SecurePass on Android phone using Google SSL

Morning all,

I have had a problem recently where I cannot log into SecurePass on Android phone using Google SSL (Pixel 7, Android 16 running 5 March 2026 update).
It keeps wanting me to enter 2FA but is not accepting any method once I enter the password.
I don't have this problem either launching BitDefender Central or any other app on this phone.
I have tried logging a ticket with support but they are unable to help without screenshots and as this is part of the login process the phone blocks this.

Hello @Gerry McC,

What kind of 2FA are you using - receiving a code by SMS or an authenticator app? We tried reproducing this using a code generated in microsoft authenticator and the issue you are describing did not reproduce. Please let us know which app/kind of 2FA you use so that we can identify the issue and fix it.

Hello,

This is using MS Authenticator to confirm my Google account but for some reason the Google Auth workflow isn't giving me that as an option whereas all other requests on my phone let me use this or my fingerprint.

I have even tried accessing GMail in a Chrome Incognito and it let me use my fingerprint.
