Delete Numbers in Blocked List Without 3-Dots

When I go into my Android phone, tap Bitdefender's 3-dot More icon, tap Call Blocking, and tap "View all", my screen brings up numbers that do not have the 3-dots on the right side of the number. There is no way to delete those numbers. So, how do I get them off my blocked list?

Hello! Typically, if the three-dot menu isn’t visible next to a number, it means that the number is already unblocked (i.e., it’s no longer in the blocked list of the Call Blocking feature).

Have you noticed whether any of those numbers have called you recently, and if so, was the call blocked?

I thank you for your answer - that makes sense. I was hoping to find a way to delete those old numbers so I wouldn't have a long list of unneeded information. I haven't been paying attention to who was blocked or not blocked but I will start.
