I have a paid subscription for 5 devices one device is telling me I have 13 trial days left!

I am new to this, only installed yesterday.

I have "Bitdefender Premium Security Individual" installed on my Windows PC, my Android phone and android Tablet. On the tablet, Dashboard it all seems set correctly but there is a Green Strip below where it says You are safe, on the Green Strip it says, Extend your protection, 13 trial days left. As I have a paid subscription why am I getting this notification about the trial period number of days left? This is only on my Samsung Tablet, the PC and Phone don't show it.

The tablet may not be synchronized with your active Premium Security subscription from Central.
Open the Bitdefender app on that device, and click on the switch account feature. There, re-enter your email address and password associated with the Central account where the Premium Security subscription is running. Restart the tablet and check again if the device has been linked to that subscription. Also, check the 'My Devices' tab in your Central account for duplicates and see if all devices are accurately displayed there.
