I would like to upgrade to Premium Security to get unlimited VPN, but I still have 9 months left on my Total Security subscription. Do I have that option?

I would get a hold of off forum support, they are usually very accommodating with these upgrade issues. You may lose some time with your current/new upgrade subscription, but let's see what they can do for you :)
Click on the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you see the black Contact Support box at the bottom of the page. Chat support would be a quick option to get you headed in the right direction.
