I can't access "Manage exceptions" to create a whitelist. Security features in Bitdefender are grayed out.

Hi,

Seen this a bit late, but here it goes. If you notice that Bitdefender Shield, Firewall, Advanced Threat Defense or other security settings are grayed out and cannot be turned off or on, it is likely due to insufficient permissions on your Windows user account. Have a look at this article:
