Where to find the Recovery Key for Bitdefender Password Manager

Hi, I have no idea what's happened to my Recovery Key.

I'd like to download secure pass and export my data but can't access the system without my recovery key.

Do you know how I may reset it or obtain it if it's not in my current system (new laptop)?

Unless you backed up your recovery key, or saved the .pdf during that process, you will need to get a hold of Support. The Password can be found in your Central account, the recovery key is a different story, for your security's sake.

Click on the How to's & Troubleshooting option and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. Of the 3 options, Chat tends to be the quickest way to get things started, and resolved (in your case).
