Help with VPN

Hi everyone I'm new to Bitdefender and am very excited to have joined.

I've installed the Ultimate Security Family product on 4 devices (desktop, 2 mobiles and 1 tablet) and all 4 devices show as protected on the dashboard. The dashboard shows VPN as installed on desktop, but "not installed" on the mobile phones, however both phones themselves show VPN as on.

I'm confused. How do I get the dashboard to agree with my mobiles?

Hello,

I think this could be a bad sync on the Central side. I've seen this happening a few times, but if the VPN is installed and enabled on the actual devices, this means it's working as expected. The mobile devices are Android or iOS? Or both? Perhaps logging out and logging back in the app could help. Otherwise, if the discrepancy persists, I would recommend contacting the Bitdefender Support teams for a more in-depth investigation.
