Call Blocking - Bitdefender Mobile Security blocking very important number!

When Mobile Security is activated, it blocks calls from my doctor and their authority! I send message to the caring doctors central and they call me back with a number that begins with 010 and that gets blocked!!! My doctors haven't got the time to call me one hundered times to get by the blocking!

If you all want me to continue as a client with you, you need to tell me how to unblock numbers IN ADVANCE! Do you understand what I mean?

Your so called service doesn't allow me to get contacted by my doctors!

I think this could happen due to the Call Blocking feature explained here:

You can unblock a phone number in Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android. You can remove numbers from the Call Blocking list whether they were:

Manually blocked — numbers you added yourself to the block list.
Automatically blocked — numbers flagged and blocked by Bitdefender.
