Bitdefender VPN Windows Service - set to 'Disabled'?? (Error)

This has been happening for a while but I wanted to go ahead and ask to see if someone could help to clarify whether this is "normal" behavior or to be expected. Basically, the VPN Host Service: bdvpnservice_1 has had a Startup Type of 'Disabled' for a while now and whenever I try to change it to anything else, this error message pops up:

"The specified service is marked for deletion."

Again it appears the VPN app is still working/behaving as expected but this has just bothered me for some time so figured I'd see if anyone has some insight(s).

Hi,

I think that's normal. That service is only present while the VPN is connected on the Wireguard protocol (the VPN does have multiple protocols).
Once the VPN is disconnected, it is deleted, regardless of the Startup Type.
