Why is Bitdefender VPN disconnecting on a Windows PC without reconnecting?

Why would Bitdefender VPN keep disconnecting on a Windows PC and not reconnect? I do not have any other VPN apps on my machine.

There could be multiple reasons behind this. Does it return any error message when it disconnects? If no error message is present, check if this article helps:

Usually, this can happen due to network connection issues, multiple VPNs installed, or some issue with the server you are connecting to. Or, if you're using the basic version with limited daily traffic per device, the limit may have been reached. Disregard this if using Premium VPN.
