Securepass is, in my opinion, a far inferior alternative to the former Password Manager. I don’t want to install the extension because it has permission to do virtually anything it wants to on my machine, and it gets terrible reviews. So I am trying to log in via a web interface on Chrome, which worked a couple of weeks ago, but now every time I try I get a screen saying “We encountered a server error during your login attempt”. I contacted support, and they had me clear my cache, cookies, etc. on Chrome, but that did not help. A ticket was created, and I was given the advice to log in as Admin and flush/reset ipconfig, netsh winsock and netsh int ip. That didn’t work. I was then told to use custom DNS server addresses in Windows. I used the Google ones 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. That didn’t work either. Has anyone had success in fixing this problem?
