How can I contact someone at Bitdefender regarding a subscription renewal?

When I ordered my subscription last year it was for $63.59. I just received an email from Avangate that I was charged $116.59 and have no idea why and cannot get un touch with anyone at Bitdefender. After this issue, I'm sure to cancel when subscription ends unless i get an explanation why this amount charged.

When you placed the initial order for $63.59 this was most likely a discounted price, valid for the first year of subscription, as stated for all Bitdefender products and services available online at the official website.

If you have agreed to permit Bitdefender to automatically renew your subscription by charging a valid credit/debit card which you have provided to Bitdefender at the time of purchase, your subscription will be automatically renewed prior to the expiration of the term and each anniversary thereafter for a fee no greater than Bitdefender's then-current price, excluding promotional and discount pricing. This means that the amount of $116.59 in this case represents the full price of the Bitdefender subscription you are using.

The price at which the auto-renewal is applied can be seen in automatic notifications sent to you prior to the actual renewal date, so that you can request either the deactivation of the option or disable it yourself, or look for a more advantageous offer. Sometimes, you may also receive early renewal offers from Bitdefender, depending on the ongoing campaigns available in your area.
