How to fix my Bitdefender / SecurePass subscription?

Question

I paid $99.99 on July 21st for an annual family plan on Bitdefender SecurePass.

Today I received notice that I was charge $5.99 for 1 month subscription.

I was on a monthly payment plan but decide to do the annual family plan.

I am being charged twice for the same product. Not sure what I have right now, please help.

State your contact reason, choose request category, then select from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
