Problem with Pay Program

Hello people

I use IOS device I pay Mobile Protection I see the payment as ok but the app say still free programs and I cannot use the protection for mobile program I pick program per year

I make disconnect account and log in again I use restore the payment but still nothing

Ok, let me see if I understand this correctly. You are using Bitdefender Mobile Security on your iPhone, you renewed your protection recently using Apple Pay, however, the app still shows the protection expired, so the renewal didn't apply?

I think you'll have to contact Bitdefender Support regarding this, so they can check the order and investigate further.

I contact but still nothing and it’s exactly like you say I pay the program per year but at app still show me free programs not the mobile protection

Try to logout and log back in the app using your Bitdefender account credentials and see if that refreshes the subscription.

In your Bitdefender Central account, does it say that the subscription has been renewed successfully, or not?
