Why was I converted to a "Family Plan"?

I would just like to inquire as to why I was "converted" to a Family Plan with "5 Users and 25 Devices!"? I do not need 5 users and 25 devices, At maximum I have 9 devices and only 1 user so my old plan 1 user and 10 devices plan was absolutely perfect for my needs.

I would contact off forum support, as they would have more information on their end.

Go though the "Purchase & Manage Subscription" prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. Chat is the quickest way to get things started, and resolved. If needed to get past the Bot, ask to talk to a rep/customer support.

If you wanted, you could copy and paste your above post when needed in the Chat box, as you stated it very clearly.
