When auto profile triggers game mod the update interval is configured as 12 hrs which sometimes switch backs to one hour ( after shutting down the game ) and some times it does not. happening for many months, reported several times here.

As far as I know, it should switch back to 1h after exiting the game profile. If this doesn't happen, the behavior must be investigated by Support.
yes , the update time has not been reverting to 1 hour schedule for months..plz forward it to the support if possible. thx

You should report this to Bitdefender Support. They may require logs from the device and if necessary, you can generate them using the dedicated Support Tool. This is not a widespread issue as far as I know and if I forward this to them myself, they won't be able to troublesoot without getting further information from the Bitdefender software installed on your device.
