Bitdefender on my windows PC does not recognize active SecurePass application on my Windows PC.

I have Bitdefender open and running on my Windows PC. I have Bitdefender SecurePass open and running on my Windows PC.
When I initiate a task in Bitdefender that requires access to SecurePass, Bitdefender ignores the already OPEN SecurePass application and opens a NEW SecurePass application on my Windows PC. So, then I have TWO active versions of SecurePass open on my PC.
How do I prevent that from happening??

What do you mean by "a new SecurePass application" and two versions of the app? Can you attach a screenshot here, please?

Here is an example of the process I am using that causes this error.
1) I am using Firefox as my internet access application. I am using Bitdefender SecurePass as the Firefox password manager.
2) When I am in a Bitdefender SecurePass task within my Firefox application, if I click on an existing account name shown in that SecurePass task, Bitdefender opens a NEW SecurePass task on my existing Firefox application window.
If I continue to click on existing account names, Bitdefender opens additional SecurePass tasks on my existing Firefox application window.
3) I have attached 3 screenshots of this process:
- Bitdfender1 shows my complete Firefox page.
- Bitdefender2 shows one of the previous SecurePass tasks that I have opened. When I click on an account name in that task, Bitdefender creates a new SecurePass task on my Firefox application, although in this example I already have 2 versions of SecurePass open in the Firefox Application page.
-Bitdefender3 shows the last of the SecurePass tasks that Bitdefender created, although I had 2 previous versions of SecurePass already open.

I am now experiencing this related scenario under several scenarios:
1) I am on Firefox on my Windows PC, in this particular case, in the weather.com app.
In that app, I see a link to the NY Times.
2) I click on that link, and I get a prompt from the NY Times to log in. The NYT asks for my email address and the correct password.
3) I enter my email address.
4) I click down to enter my password, and I click on the small Bitdefender icon in the password field.
5) I get the prompt to login into my vault. I click on that field.
6) I get the Bitdefender server error page.
7) Please note that through all this, I already had Bitdefender SecurePass open on my PC.
The fact that Bitdefender is apparently NOT aware that that Bitdefender SecurePass is already open on my PC is my ORIGINAL complaint to you. You have already received that complaint and responded back to me. I responded back to you with step by step pics, but now this is happening.
I have included the step by step images showing this current issue.

I am having the exact same issue on my PC. SecurePass is installed and subscription recently renewed. All other functions active. I can see all the sites SecurePass s applied to. Yet it is not working on any. I receive the same server error message as above and refresh does not solve it. Restarting the PC does not solve it.

Has anyone found a solution? Should I uninstall and reinstall it?

It's good to hear that this is a NOT a rare problem… it appears that we have to wait for a new release… perhaps they might let us TEST the new release??? 😀

FYI, I have always been intrigued with Romania and the Romanian people… their history, their language, and I have a few Romanian friends who work in Oberammergau, Germany. They are very good folks, and I hope to see them again, perhaps this year…

Romanians are good people and I hope you can visit Romania one day. It's very authentic and definitely worth visiting. Especially the rural, mountain areas and places where ancient traditions are still kept 😉
