Web Protection not working on my Xioami Redmi Note 14 Pro

I hope you are well. I am writing to request clarification regarding the availability of Web Protection on Xiaomi devices running HyperOS 3.0.302.0.

I am using a Redmi Note 14 Pro with HyperOS 3.0.302.0 (Android 16), and I have found that the Accessibility menu required for enabling Web Protection is not present anywhere in the system settings. Developer Options are enabled, and the "Install via USB" option is turned on, but Accessibility does not appear under any of the expected locations.

Based on this behaviour, it appears that HyperOS 3.x may restrict or remove third‑party Accessibility services entirely, preventing Web Protection from functioning. Could you please confirm whether Bitdefender plans to support Web Protection on HyperOS 3.x, and if so, whether a timeline or workaround is available?

Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

This is a useful question, especially because the availability of Accessibility settings can vary quite a bit between Xiaomi devices and HyperOS versions. I’d first check the exact HyperOS build and look under Accessibility > Downloaded Apps/Installed Services, as the location can change between versions. If Web Protection still doesn’t appear there, it may be a compatibility limitation rather than a configuration issue. Hopefully Bitdefender can confirm whether HyperOS 3.x is currently supported and provide an alternative setup if the required Accessibility service is unavailable.
