If Bitdefender is consistently flagging skill.md or skills.md when they are used purely as filenames, I would recommend reporting the detection so it can be reviewed. If possible, please also include a screenshot showing exactly where the warning appears and which Bitdefender module generates it. This will help determine whether the detection is based on the text itself or on the corresponding domain.

In the meantime, you can continue using the .md files themselves; the warning does not necessarily mean that a markdown file with that name is malicious. It may simply be the scam-detection engine interpreting the filename as an internet address.

I’ve seen similar false positives with security tools when a filename looks like a domain or other suspicious identifier. In this case, it sounds like the detection may be triggered by the filename rather than the actual contents of the .md file. I’d report the detection with a screenshot and the exact file context so the security vendor can review it. It would also be useful to test the same file with a neutral filename to see whether the warning changes.
