Downgrading from Bitdefender Premium Security to Total Security

Hello, I had previously been offered an upgrade to Premium Security for the remainder of my subscription. I have determined that I don't need the extra features. How might I go about downgrading back to Total Security upon renewal? I can't seem to find any options other than buying it "new" again.

@Alexandru_BD may have some suggestions for you, but you would probably be better off in contacting support directly, who they have greater access to your account.

Tick on the Purchase & Manage Subscription box and go through the prompts until you get to the black contact support box.Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved, and if needed, ask the Bot to connect you with a support member.

Thanks, I've used the email form. It seems the live chat option simply won't work for me, regardless of which browser I try.

With email, it just may take a couple of extra days, but they will be able to get your request settled.

As far as Chat, I'm not sure, since you used different browsers that probably had different ad block options, that weren't interfering with Chats ability?

Yes, Scott is right, I also think it's best to reach out to Bitdefender Support so they can assess the status of your Central account and provide a tailored solution. If you ask me, I think the solution would be to disable the automatic renewal feature for the current Bitdefender Premium Security subscription, then use this link to purchase Total Security with a discount. But let's see what the Support teams advise, they may have some ideas here.
