Issues with YouTube not loading correctly with Bitdefender Anti-tracker enabled

Question

Today I noticed that YouTube.com would not load correctly in Safari while I had the Anti-Tracker Engine enabled in Safari Settings.  Would anyone know why this suddenly affected Safari?  It loads fine in Chrome.  MacOS version is 26.5.2, Safari version is 26.5.2 (21624.2.5.11.8) and Antivirus for MAC is version 10.3.4.12.  Thanks for the help.

Does it work the same way in Safari as with Chrome, Edge/IE and Firefox?
