Bug: Bitdefender not starting correctly on PC Boot

Hi, after updating to build 27.0.62.352 bitdefender sometimes doesn't startup correctly after the pc has been shutdown for the night. On first boot the icon will appear but it will say "Bitdefender services are loading" when opening the interface will prompt the user with a login screen and the services will never start. Worse no protection modules are running and Windows security center shows AV/Firewall as 'Unknown'

After rebooting the PC the services start correctly. I have had this happen about 3 days in a row now.

Another issue is that the bug reported here is not fixed as nvcontainer(from nvidia) repeatedly asks for firewall access despite no file hash changes.

I hope this stuff can be fixed soon, I really enjoy Bitdefender and what it offers but ever since upgrading to Windows 11 25H2 it has become pretty riddled with bugs and glitches. SFC/DISM, repair, new os installs doesn't seem to keep the issues away for long.

Hi,

I think Bitdefender Support needs to have a look at this. Perhaps even collect logs from the affected device to find out what's going on there. This is the first report of its kind, so I haven't seen this before here, thus I can't really recommend a troubleshooting process. Might be a bug, could be something else, the technical teams should be able to find the root cause. Use the link below to generate a support tool log:

Hey, still working with Bitdefender support at the moment. Just figured I'd leave images of the issue here incase anyone else runs into it or maybe you might recognize the issue.

This is on first boot on my PC in the morning.

If I click on the Icon to bring up the UI it shows this

It's not auto signing me in, I haven't actually tried signing in when this happens, but I might give it a shot at the end of the week. After restarting my PC it signs me into Bitdefender normally.

If you could pass this onto the team that would be great, as I said I'm working with support, but at work a lot this week so I'm not sure when I get can my logs to them.
