Hello,
I think there can be multiple scenarios here. The first and least plausible, Bitdefender Mobile Security was installed from another source than Play Store. The second, your banking app incorrectly detects the installation source of the Bitdefender application. In this case, you should get in touch with your bank and ask them how to proceed. However, my bet is on a third scenario where the banking app actually detects something else it doesn't like, for example some Accessiblity permissions that Mobile Security might have and could conflict with some security layers of the banking app..
So, the first step would be to ensure the Mobile Security app has been downloaded from the Play Store. If yes, contact your bank. If you're unsure, uninstall Bitdefender and re-install it from the Play Store, then open the banking app and try to access your account again. If this is still not possible, contact HSBC.
Let me know how it goes.
