Rescue Environment cannot start on Bitdefender Antivirus Plus

Hi All

The Bitdefender Antivirus Plus was recently updated. New UI. Better and responsive, version 2.0.188.

But the Rescue Environment button when pressed does nothing.

Also File Shredder does not work. Output - 0/0 files shredded.

Suspecting some big bad virus is on the machine conflicting with Bitdefender.

Reinstalling didn't help. Regarding reinstalling Windows 11 - the system is relatively new working fine so not wanting to mess with it.

Booting into safe mode without network - asks for account login again.

If there was any method of fixing it so Rescue Environment starts again?
