Not able to fully install Bitdefender Total Security - Macbook NEO A18 Pro

I was attempting to install Bitdefender Total Secirity on a new Macbook NEO A18 Pro and unfortunitely it would not allow me to fully install it and the web extentions in
Safari and Chrome? Google Gemini said that the OS on the Macbook Neo is like IOS where it uses sandboxing and does not allow direct access to the
OS so Bitdefender Mobile Security is the one that should be used? Not sure why Bitdefender total security did not recognize this fact when
I was installing it? I could not allow the extentions in the general tab as the endpoint part of bitdefender was not on the allow list as the help tab mentioned?, it was
missing?

I could not continue with the installation. Please let me know what I should do now?

Hello,

The Bitdefender component in the Total Security plan that can be installed on macOS is actually Antivirus for Mac. Mobile Security is designed for iOS only.
Have you followed the exact steps from this article?

Let me know if you can install it after following the instructions.
If not, tell me what error message is displayed, if any. Note that an admin account is required for the installation and follow the additional steps mentioned in the article only if your Mac is running macOS High Sierra or a more recent version such as Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe, Golden Gate.
