I got an email notice about my renewal with UltraAV. I only ever had Kaspersky until a year ago when I got Bitdefender, so it makes me think they've kept my credit info.

Well, that's highly possible, since nowadays most antivirus services are subscription-based. Since you already have Bitdefender, you should get in touch with ultraAV and ask them to cancel your subscription and remove your payment information from their systems.
