I keep getting a message headed up with the words "Antivirus Security Scan" Your device is high risk. $19.00 a year Fix all threats now. I don't see it running in task manager. If I open a browser tab it appears saying it just scanned what I opened. How can I find it to delete whatever this is? I uploaded a screen shot. Bitdefender is missing it. I may try Microsoft Defender.
