Why extra password?

My BitDefender password works fine, but when I try to add an exception it asks for another password. Is this a glitch? If not, where do I find this extra password? (And apologies if this is an FAQ - I searched for a discussion but could not find one.)

If you could post a screenshot showing where the password is requested, that would prove most helpful.

I think it needs to be clarified if it's the Bitdefender settings password, or the SecurePass password. For reference, here's what I mean:

Not really. It happens when BitDefender blocks a connection, for example saying it does not have a proper security system, and I try to add an exception, knowing that the site is OK. I am then asked for a password and when I enter my normal BitDefender password it rejects it.
