Is anyone there I can contact at Bitdefender ?

I am almost 80 and not very technical.  I keep getting emails about further security.  When I went to your website I got Blocked!  I have Bitdefender and the VPN  .  Now it seems I need more!  One email said my account was compromised, so I don't know what to do. Please advise.  Do you have ONLINE chat??

And just to add, it may have been a promotional email? Let us know what Chat said, and as @Alexandru_BD mentioned, a posted screenshot would be nice as well.

But, there are a couple of steps you can take, just to make sure you only get essential email, and no app notifications on your desktop.

From the Bitdefender UI, select  Settings - General - and disable Special offers and Recommendation notifications.

Then log into your online Bitdefender Central account, and at the top right, click on your icon, user name (mine shows S) next to your email address, then click on Bitdefender account. You may need to re-log into your account again (it's a verification) as it opens in a new webpage, then go to Data and Privacy - Privacy preferences and turn off the two options, then you will get a notice in the bottom corner that your settings were saved.

For now, you may need to pause your VPN for the website, if it's being blocked.

Yes, you can get in touch with a Bitdefender representative via chat, phone and email as well. Click on the link below to select the desired contact channel:

You'll have to follow a few steps to get to the actual contact options. State your contact reason, choose request category, then select from the available contact channels at the bottom of the page — chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
