Just had a popup on my Android mobile requesting I update the app, which I did through Google Play. I was then presented with a T&C request which mentioned accepting them, and a 'Subscription' . No idea what this subscription was, what it might cost and what did it do in addition to the mobile protection I already paid for in my Total Security Family Pack which lists my mobile as protected ?? I was then presented with page after page, after page, after page………..ETC of 'Conditions' nowhere did I see any cost information.
Bitdefender used to be straightforward, now it seems to be over complicated especially for an OAP with little Tech knowledge.
