Hello bcduncan,

You have to manually delete those 2 files.

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\, find the file f_000267 (with no extension) and delete it.

Also, got to C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\Local Settings\Temp\ and delete nps2C0.tmp

Make sure you also delete them from your Recycle Bin.

Run a new scan afterwards to make sure that the infected files are gone.
