hi i have a virus that bitdefender blocks it is in my windows temp folder it blocks it but i run a scan and it doesnt find a thing here is a snap of the log it pops up many times a day that it blocked the viruses but wont remove them some help would be great

ohh and this one it poped up after i was taking the snapshot it says its inC:/ programdata/bitdefender setup as you can see from the screen these two monsters are driving me crazy nothing i have can delet them bitdefender microsoft essentals or spybot s@d

Hi, I also have the same problem. Acctually with the same virus. Bit Defenders detect the virus and put in quarantine all the files but new infected files keep appearing every day.

How can I get rid of this virus: Gen.Trojan.Heur???

Hi,

I search other post and I did a CCleaner, run windows in safe mode, run Bit Deffender in the command line with the bdc ... and all went ok. After restarting the windows in normal mode everything started to happend again. The same virus was detected.

So I went and use online scanning tool, from other company, and detected a Virus Bit Defender has not. The virus is trj/sinowal.wos in the file c:\windows\system32\lowsec

How to ged rid of a virus that Bit Defender doesn´t detected??? Changing Anti-Virus Program???

Follow the steps presented there, upload the 2 logs on a file sharing server of your choice (such as www.sendspace.com) and post here the download links. After the logs have been analyzed you will receive further information.

I am also facing this issue and put forward this issue against "Ticket ID:200911241004892", but get no response yet.

And now the issue becomes more "Severe".
