Infected File That Cannot Be Deleted

I ran the deep scan and found that the only file that couldn't be deleted or quarantined was Application.Generic.241324 in path C:\documents and settings\all users\Application Data\Find Basic\findbasic125.exe (from my log).

I figured I could go in and turn off real protection, unhide files, and then delete findbasic125.exe, but when I got to find it, I can find the folder Find Basic, but there's no file in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For start please post a deep system scan log.

i dont know if this will help but i saw some guy on youtube showing people how to make files invisable so did you try clicking around?
