I have the bitdefender gamesafe I recently i got infected with these viruses i can't seem to remove

it would be awesome if someone knew how to remove these from my computer thank you in advance! <img class= " />

I am also having the same issue, Did the steps you have mentioned but still not sure if my computer is disinfected from this virus. Pls let me know if there any patches which I can download and remove this virus. Today I have started using this Internet security virus and very first day i got these two viruses.
