Hello,
I was recently infected with the Internet Security 2010 virus. Combination of BitDefender and AntiMalware have gotten most of the problem, but on startup I get a virus alert from Bitdefender:
"BitDefender has blocked multiple viruses from affecting your computer!
Virus name Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.cu4@aKWnd3d
Location: \L\max++.00.x86
Access to file was denied
Virus name Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.cu4@aKWnd3d

Access to file was denied
Bitdefender has blocked multiple viruses. The infected objects have been treated. Your computer is protected!"
The same message pops up when Google Chrome or IE8 are started, but only detecting 1 trojan not 2.
Other symptoms are a slight loss of system performance and intermittent system crashes.
I have attempted to Deep Scan with BD but the scans have terminated due to crashes or been hanged on a file called HPX_DPV.sys. An individual scan of the file detects nothing and it appears to be legitimate.
Can you help me?
