Falsely Claiming Our Website Has A Trojan

We have been advised by three users that BitDefender Total Security 2010 claims our website www.herroom.com is infected with "Trojan.scrlpt.2984". This is a false positive.

I've tried submitting a tech support request on the contact page, but it requires a license key. A request to the webmaster just resulted in an email with instructions to use the support request.

Can anyone here provide some support?
